This was love at first sight. It’s a look that makes me happy: an old table with a light white coat of paint, still showing all the lines and textures.
I love timeless images, so when I need something neutral, bright, classic, with a natural look, this is my go to backdrop. I can make the product colours pop and I can achieve styles that are minimal and simple. Yes, I’m talking about my trusty White Washed Backdrop.
Don’t they say that simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication?
One of the first things to consider when taking product photos are backdrops, like, where are we going to place our products?
I like using surfaces with some texture, and I choose the colour depending on the theme, subject, mood, etc that we are looking for.
If you are not sure what may work best for you, the ‘white washed’ it’s one of the most versatile out of all the backdrops from my collection. A really good place to start.

I feel like celebrating this week. We finally got over the 5km travel restrictions, there seems to be a bit of light at the end of the tunnel, the sun is shinning, the garden is blooming… It’s definitely time for a GIVEAWAY!

You cannot find these backdrops anywhere else online. I have created, tried and tested them myself. They are realistic, strong, washable, matt vinyls that can be rolled and stored away when not needed. They make my life so much easier when styling product images.
